An important prerequisite for this is the expertise and competence of our real estate agents. They win your future customers by professional consultation by our first-class and practice-oriented specialized training at the RE/MAX Academy to the real estate professional.
For real estate professionals
The RE/MAX Academy concept is modular. The individual skills of the participants are thus taken into account and is therefore also suitable for independent real estate agents who want to join RE/MAX. Existing real estate professionals benefit from RE/MAX's extensive marketing experience and learn about the latest developments and trends, which they use on a daily basis.
For career changers
Experienced professionals who want to switch to the real estate industry as career changers are trained from the ground up. The so-called RE/MAX Customer Experience forms the basis for the process-oriented training - to this end, the necessary professional skills for all steps in practice are taught. Active self-study and the direct feedback culture between instructors and participants play an important role.

After successful completion of the basic training at our RE/MAX Academy, holders of the diploma "dipl. Immobilienmakler/-in RE/MAX" are able to
- advise sellers and buyers comprehensively on the sale or purchase of a property;
- to value real estate correctly;
- apply the most effective marketing methods for the property.
This training is exclusively for people who want to build their career with RE/MAX as a site manager or real estate agent. We also offer ongoing training opportunities with a high level of practical relevance through our training modules, seminars and webinars.
RE/MAX Academy Schedule
The RE/MAX Academy training courses start twice a year and run from the end of January to mid-June and from the end of August to mid-December. The language of the training is German.
