Perseverance - Discretion - Accuracy

These are the strengths of my person. I was born in Germany, but grew up in Ticino, in Ascona. I moved to Minusio 25 years ago. I can say that I know the Locarno area very well, as well as all of Ticino Canton.

For more than 20 years I have been passionately dedicated to real estate, which always allows me to meet new people and clients. Every client should be followed from the first contact, following and advising him step by step. The client, in fact appreciates that he or she is "pampered" and followed in all parts in the search for his or her "ideal property."

My mother tongue is German and Italian. French I learned in school, while Portuguese (Brazilian), I learned from my wife.

My tasks in real estate were and still are vast: I have always been involved in the search for properties up to their sale, in after-sale consulting, as well as in the vast field of rentals.

I am always gladly available for a meeting to understand what the individual client's requirements are.
