Daniel, you received the award for “Best Broker of the Month in December”. What defines you as a broker?
I think it is largely due to the open and friendly way I approach all of my customers. They also appreciate my honesty and the respect I show them.
What motivates you to offer your customers the best possible service every day
It is my goal that my customers are satisfied with my service. Only then will they recommend me and thus generate new deals. Satisfaction is my income.

Where does the passion for your job come from?
It was always clear to me that I would like to work with people professionally. Through my many years of work as a mortgage advisor at a Swiss bank, I discovered my passion for real estate. As a real estate agent, I can optimally combine both. I also find the possibility of planning my own work week and hours just great!
Why did you become a real estate agent?
I wanted to get out of employee mode and build something of my own. As a self-employed real estate agent, I have the satisfaction of building something from the ground up and achieving my professional goals with my own two hands.
Would you share your best experience so far as a realtor with us?
For me, the best experiences have always been receiving positive customer feedback. It makes me just as happy as when I land a great new contract. For me this is the best confirmation that my customers really trust me.
What else do you want to achieve as a broker?
I would of course like to remain successful and offer my customers the best possible service.
What tips do you give to other RE / MAX agents who want to be named “Best Agent of the Month”?
Be authentic and don't try to pretend. Believe in yourself, that is what brings long-term success! It's not worth risking to do it any other way, customers will always notice.
