Partner Support Manager
As Partner Support Manager, I coordinate the implementation of our services for our network partners and work on optimizing these services and processes. The processes of Partner Support enable our site managers to organize their daily work as efficiently as possible and to focus on their main activities.
I work with technology suppliers, network partners and lecturers to continuously develop our service offering. The inputs from outside are analyzed and integrated internally in the processes.
The different ways of looking at the various stakeholder groups, allow us to take a holistic approach and thus define long-term measures.
In the RE/MAX Academy we deal with the existing expert knowledge of our network and develop this further through targeted training. RE/MAX does not rely exclusively on past experience but anticipates the real estate agents of the future with emerging trends.
